OMFG, is that the reason Kazuki was going all pyscho? Because he wanted to protect Jin? I swear that whole scene was like a bad low-budget yaoi movie. Kazuki’s as hypocrital as ever. “I just wanted to protect you, Jin! -punches at the same time-” Yeah…I think you forgot what protect meant, buddy. He’s been wanting to kill Jin for the longest time. “If I can’t have Gio to protect you then you can both just die!” I don’t understand how Widow could stand his abuse. It’s a shame she died needlessly protecting him.

I still wonder who she originally had a Resonance with, but if she did have it with Kazuki first I agree that both her and Kazuki would’ve been different (in a good way). Then we get the classic “I didn’t know what I had till it was gone” turn around from Kazuki and the two are best friends again. Or something. Their entire relationship is messed up. Jin was never alone. He always had Kazuki. To say that meant he thought so little of Kazuki, which isn’t fair at all. And Kazuki should’ve been up front about why he was so bitchy about Gio.

Saying that, they’re perfect for each other. Why in the world Jin would give Toa up is beyond me. Sure, she’d live, but she wants to live with you. I’m with Toa this time. If I had to decide between dying but being with the one I love or living and being apart, I’d pick the former. Ah, well, Jin and Kazuki, as well as the other Dragonauts, are heading over, so I’m sure they’ll talk some sense into Gio and take Toa back. But what a roundabout way to go around things. What’s really sad is that Jin had to learn that from Kazuki, of all people. Disgusting.

Machina and Akira are still around? What the hell took so long for them to ‘become one’ with Thanatos? And why is Akira there? She’s not a dragon. Then again, from the preview, it looks like our spoiled prince is there, too, so maybe Thanatos just sucks in anyone who died…or something. Speaking of those who died, Sakaki and Laura join the list, but I believe the professor took them…somehow. I think he still plans on using Laura to destroy Thanatos, so we’ll see how that goes. I’m glad Sakaki was able to get through his issues and die peacefully with his psuedo daughter.

As a last note, I just want to say I’m glad those annoying people who do the previews can kick butt…well, everyone but the glasses girl (Megumi?). Makes it a little worth it.
