PERSONA -trinity soul- - Episode 8
Was it just me or was it obvious that Mayuri was that same girl who attacked Shin before? Of course, I guess that’s the beauty of being the audience and not the character (I swear there was a drama term for it that I cannot recall), or I’m not in the mindset that there are a million green-haired people in this world. I was beginning to think I was wrong when nothing really hinted at it for the majority of the episode, but the final scene confirmed they were one in the same. Who is it that she, or their group, is looking for? Will they start being interested in Jun, or will Mayuri protect him? I’m hoping someone will start recoginizing Jun’s skills, for he’s certainly got more of a grasp on it than Shin does, and the sixth sense skills are an even better extra. Maybe it’s that raw talent they want from Shin, so they can mold it for their own.
It’s definitely not the defense he has against ‘ghosts’ that they want. I can sympathize because I’m not all into the scary stuff myself, but I felt his reactions were a little over the top. Without an explanation as to why he’s so scared of ghosts, I can’t help thinking he was a whip who needs someone to protect him. A rare breed in male leads, and I welcome it, but really xD Takurou’s reaction is more how he should act xP It was also interesting how they’re starting to reveal and push match ups now. I can’t see Shin with anyone at the moment, but the Takurou x Megumi shipping I can totally see and support.

The Outsiders were looking for Touma, whom Ryou already killed off way back the earlier episodes. I guess they don’t know that he’s already dead o_o
Oh and I’ve come to support Shin x Kanaru after this episode XD
Touma… -tries to think- Ooh, the guy that was chasing Ryu before when they went after Shin? I think I remember him! xD; Huh, I guess they don’t know he’s dead. I wonder what they’d do when they find out.
Haha, I think people are beginning to ship them, but I can’t see it yet~
well Shin has to get over his first love Eiko-neechan first, before he can look at other girls in a special way, hehe.
I’d love to see more Shin x Kanaru moments though… if only to make that pairing look more possible and pluasible :3
