NARUTO - Chapter 385
So Sasuke ended up not asking the question that I thought (and wanted) he’d ask Itachi. What he did ask, though, answers a few things, as well as just add on more questions. Itachi didn’t kill everyone by himself (and thus isn’t as strong as we all thought he is), and now I question if he really ever wanted to. Itachi continues to be his horrible mean self as an older brother, but now that what I thought was a rumour is actually true (Itachi becoming blind), I think it’s all an act for Sasuke to kill him for that impending handicap.
So if Madara was’t a huge mystery to start off with, go on and add on the reason why he wanted to kill his family off to the whole list of things (like how the hell he’s still alive and possibility the him being leader of Akatsuki, if that rumour pans out to be true). Although my wanting to know the reason of the Uchia massacre is still unanswered, I’m sure it’ll come about if and when Sasuke goes after Madara. Hidan also showed us that the pair’s still in a Genjutsu, so whenever that ends the real fight (and real end) will come about. Hopefully that’ll be happening soon, or I’m going to get a tad bored if the conversation doesn’t pick up.

I don’t really know why but I always thought that Itachi didn’t want to kill his family or there is some kind of a reason other than “I wanted to measure my ability” or something like that.
And I think that Toby is Uchiha Madara…I think we saw his Sharingan eye in one of the chapters…Or am I imagining things?
One of the things that I want though is for Sasuke to realize that all that he’s been doing up until now was in vain. Betraying his village, leaving his friends, trying to kill Naruto, going to Orochimaru - honestly, none of the things Sasuke did in manga so far show him as a likable character for me. And to me, the only reason he is so popular amongst fans is his looks.
Oookay, I am not a Sasuke’s hater:) I just had all my feelings refreshed after this chapter…I kinda’ want it to end as soon as possible.:)
Haha, before I knew there was a second person behind the killings, I always knew there had to be a better reason than that lame one he gave. Now it’s more of a question of why he went along with it– especially if obtaining the Mangekyo Sharingan is blinding. It had to be good if he risked his sight for the plan.
Haha, it’s been speculated that Tobi’s Uchiha Madara, though whether that’s true or not hasn’t been proven xD
Mm, Sasuke’s just a very complicated (or rather simple-minded, depending on how you look at it) person. I understand his need for revenge, but it’s a) not going to get him his family back and b) is an order given by the same brother he ‘hates’. As far as he sees it, revenge is all he has now, for it’s the only reason he was kept alive, so everyone be damned if he doesn’t follow it. All this and more (plus is amazing looks xDDD) is what makes me a die-hard Sasuke fan. Nothing and no one will deter me away from my fangirlism.
